The Role
We are looking for a commercially aware Partnerships Manager to manage and develop affiliate and lender relationships across our US network.
This role is focused on building strong commercial partnerships and driving measurable growth. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying new opportunities and ensuring performance across the network is continually optimised.
This role is 2-fold:
- Develop and manage relationships with partners
- Manage the conversions via CRM reporting to drive revenue
You will be judged on results and performance, not hours worked.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners and lenders
- Identify and develop new strategic partnerships
- Structure and support brokerage and tiered partnership agreements
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise yield across the network
- Use of bespoke CRM software to manage campaigns
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline and structured account management process
- Work closely with the technology and operations teams to improve performance
- Analyse data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree preferred but not essential
- Experience in a similar role within ping tree, affiliate networks, performance marketing, fintech, insurance or financial services
- Strong account management and relationship development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to build and grow strategic partnerships
- Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset
- Ability to align with US operating hours when required

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
