Jayde Spa and Wellbeing are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing & Growth to take full strategic ownership of marketing across our luxury wellness brands, Jayde Spa and Jayde Studio, with further expansion planned across 2026 and 2027.
This is not a social media manager role. We already have content/social support in place. We need a commercially minded marketing leader who can take expert responsibility for the full marketing function, drive growth, and lead the wider team to execute the vision.
Please note this is part time 20 - 30 hours per week initially which can be fixed at either 20 or 30 hours to suit.
The Role
This person will be responsible for creating, owning and delivering the overall marketing and growth strategy across the business, with a clear focus on increasing:
- Spa bookings
- Studio class occupancy
- Membership sales
- Customer retention
- Brand awareness
- Revenue growth
They will take full ownership of marketing performance, analytics, campaign strategy, and customer acquisition/retention, while directing the internal team to bring campaigns to life.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Own the overall marketing strategy for Jayde Spa and Jayde Studio
- Build quarterly and annual marketing growth plans
- Lead launches, campaigns, promotions and brand activations
- Manage and direct the social media/content team
- Liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns in venue
Analytics & Commercial Performance
- Take ownership of all marketing analytics and reporting
- Track and improve key metrics including:
- ROI
- Customer acquisition cost
- Conversion rates
- Membership churn / retention
- Booking performance
- Lead generation
- Email campaign performance
- Social media conversion performance
- Paid ad performance
- Produce clear monthly performance reporting with recommendations and action plans
- Identify revenue opportunities and areas of underperformance
Growth & Customer Journey
- Improve the full customer journey from awareness to booking, membership conversion and retention
- Build marketing funnels that convert
- Drive CRM / email / automation strategies
- Increase repeat bookings and customer lifetime value
- Develop referral and retention initiatives
Brand & Campaign Execution
- Protect and elevate the luxury Jayde brand positioning
- Direct campaign creative, messaging and promotions
- Oversee content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, email, app communications and digital touchpoints
- Drive PR, partnerships, collaborations and brand awareness opportunities
- Support event marketing and launch campaigns
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly commercial and data-driven

- Experienced in scaling premium consumer brands
- Strong in analytics, reporting and growth marketing
- Confident leading teams and holding people accountable
- Creative enough to protect and elevate brand positioning
- Obsessed with customer journey and conversion
Preferred Background
Experience within:

- Hospitality
- Premium beauty / aesthetics
- Membership businesses
- Lifestyle / luxury consumer brands
Experience with businesses similar in feel to Soho House, Third Space, premium spa or hospitality concepts would be a strong advantage.
Location
Regular in-person presence required across both Liverpool and Manchester.
