Mr Mobile is an established distributor and manufacturer of mobile and tech accessories, supplying retailers, resellers, and business customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our operations team.
The Role
We are looking for an organised and motivated Warehouse Operative to support our busy warehouse operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, processed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable using warehouse technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Processing and preparing orders for same-day dispatch
- Receiving, checking, and booking in deliveries
- Loading, unloading, and organising incoming stock
- Using handheld scanning terminals to process stock and orders
- Updating stock movements and order status using warehouse systems
- Labelling, packaging, and preparing shipments for courier collection
- Carrying out stock checks and assisting with inventory control
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Supporting other warehouse and operations tasks as required
What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfilment experience
- Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse software/systems
- Experience using handheld scanners / RF terminals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Desirable
- Experience working within distribution, logistics, or e-commerce environments
- Knowledge of stock control and inventory systems
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
