As Senior Agency Sales Lead for Holdco Agencies, you will drive revenue growth through holding company media agencies, with a specific focus on WPP and Publicis. You will develop strategic, high value partnerships with these enterprise-level organizations, navigating complex group structures and building relationships across multiple agency brands and operating companies. This is a senior, targeted role with significant P&L responsibility, focused on converting large-scale enterprise opportunities that represent major commercial value to Outra. You will be responsible for understanding how holding companies buy, structure technology partnerships, and evaluate data solutions across their portfolios.
You will identify and pursue deals that span multiple agency brands, manage complex procurement and governance processes, and structure enterprise agreements that create mutual value. Your remit is to build Outra's presence as a strategic data partner within the largest agency groups, establishing trusted relationships with key stakeholders (from C-suite through to planning and tech leads) and converting enterprise opportunities into significant, long-term revenue streams. You will work collaboratively with Outra's marketing, product, and client success teams to tailor solutions to holdco needs, manage strategic accounts, and ensure successful implementations that drive client ROI. Unlike transactional roles, this position requires consultative, relationship-driven selling and comfort with enterprise-level sales cycles that can span 6-12 months.
