About Us
At 22 Music School Ltd, we are passionate about inspiring the next generation of musicians through high-quality music education, performance opportunities, and a supportive learning environment.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Drum Tutors, Bass Tutors and Guitar Tutors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a confident musician who enjoys teaching students of all ages and abilities and can help lead our exciting Amplify Academy band programme alongside delivering engaging 1:1 lessons.
Multi-instrumentalists are strongly encouraged to apply.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging and inspiring 1:1 music lessons
- Supporting and leading group band rehearsals within Amplify Academy
- Preparing students for performances, concerts and examinations
- Encouraging confidence, creativity and musical development
- Working collaboratively with students, parents and colleagues
- Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong ability on drums, bass guitar or guitar
- Experience teaching or mentoring young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organised and professional approach
- Passion for music education
Desirable
- Ability to teach multiple instruments
- Experience leading bands or ensembles
- Knowledge of RSL, Trinity or other music examination boards
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience working with SEND learners
