Location: Basildon, Essex
Hours: Full Time/ Part time/ Bank work (Day and Night shifts available)
Salary: £12.71–£16.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

The Role
- Supporting residents with personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
- Monitoring and recording residents’ wellbeing and reporting concerns where necessary
- Supporting meal times and encouraging independence
- Maintaining high standards of care and hygiene at all times
The Requirements
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
- A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends where required
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is advantageous
- Enhanced DBS check required- Within a year or on the Update system
