As our family run business is rapidly growing we are looking to add to our Head Office team with an Operations Administrator.
Working as part of the Operations Team with direction from the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Answering telephone and dealing with enquiries
- Managing the email inboxes and ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
- General office administration duties
- Ensuring the company CRM is continually updated with client data both new and current
- Liaising with clients to update them on their contracts and if necessary agreeing any necessary amendments
- Be the main point of contact for all suppliers. Review any agreements in place and ensure that we are getting the best value for any products or services provided
- Ensuring that all processes are understood and followed throughout the company to ensure we are compliant at all times
It is important that you are confident with Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint and are used to communicating effectively via email.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Previous admin experience
- Customer Service background
- Excellent IT skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and a high standard of record keeping
- Good decision making skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Enjoy working as part of a team
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
