We are expanding our Global Offshore & Marine Logistics team and are looking for a Stores Controller to join our Aberdeen branch. This role is essential in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, and enabling smooth logistics for a variety of internal teams.

What You’ll Do

Warehouse operations — goods receipt, storage, kitting, returns, dispatch

Materials coordination — ensuring equipment and materials are available for operational and project needs

Cross‑team support — working closely with service, engineering, and project teams
Inventory Control & Accuracy

Stock management and record accuracy

Conduct cycle counts and stock checks
-
Report and investigate discrepancies
-
Maintain full traceability of materials and movements
Stakeholder Support

Communicate stock availability and risks
-
Assist with external delivery requirements
-
Provide responsive support to internal teams
What You Bring
Essential
-
Experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment

Understanding of inventory systems and stock control
-
Basic health & safety awareness
-
Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

IT literacy

Forklift Truck Licence

Full driving licence
Desirable
-
Background in Oil & Gas, engineering, or technical environments

Knowledge of regulated materials, dangerous goods, or specialist equipment
