Height Safety Technician (Installation & Inspection) – Field-Based

About the Role:
Delta Reach is looking for an experienced Height Safety Technician to carry out the installation, inspection, and maintenance of fall protection systems including mansafe lines, ladders, and guardrails.
Previous experience working in a similar type of position is essential as health and safety is paramount and you must have a methodical, logical and practical approach to your work. This is a fast-paced, interesting and busy role so enthusiasm, flexibility, a willingness to learn, initiative, the ability to multi-task and a desire to achieve deadlines are essential.
This is a hands-on, site-based role involving working at height, UK-wide travel, early starts, and physical work.
Relevant experience is required.
Key Duties:
- Installation and inspection of fall protection systems
- Maintenance and fault finding & reporting back on safe means of repair
- Completing digital inspection reports
- Working at height safely in line with industry regulations
- Travelling to sites across the UK (some overnight stays required)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working at height
- Background in construction, mechanical, roofing, or similar trade
- Comfortable working at height and outdoors
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Willing to travel and work away when required
Desirable:
- Experience with certified installation of fall protection systems (3M DBI Sala, Latchways, Söll, Uniline, etc.)
- Installation maintenance & of fall protection equipment such as guardrails, fixed ladders platform guarantees etc.
- IPAF (MEWP) licence
- PASMA certification
- Additional construction type skills would be useful as the position may also include working as part of a team on high level maintenance projects.

- Monday to Friday (39 hours)
