Our work environment includes:
- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are well-designed and visually appealing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Keep the flower shop clean and organised
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements
- Strong creativity and artistic skills to create unique and beautiful floral designs
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience working as a florist or in a similar role is preferred but not required
