Hours: 18.30 to 03.30 - Sunday to Thursday. Overtime maybe required.

The Position:
Due to continual expansion, a vacancy has arisen for a highly motivated Warehouse Operative at our Witney depot.
We’re seeking a professional and diligent Warehouse Cold Store Operatives to cover night shifts at our Witney depot, working within our frozen, chilled and ambient warehouse divisions. Accuracy is critical to the smooth running of our operations and in maintaining our high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be part of a team that ensures all vehicles are loaded with the correct frozen, chilled and ambient stock and are packed correctly for the booked delivery route. You’ll report any out of stock incidents and feedback on any errors to the relevant Supervisor, who will then identify improvements and take corrective action, as required.
Taking pride in your work, you’ll enjoy working as part of a team, adhering to all health & safety policies, maintaining a clean and orderly depot and reporting any unsafe acts or hazards to the Supervisor.
The Person:
With experience in a similar role, you’re experienced working within a team and in a warehouse setting. With strong communication skills, you’re a team player and used to working with people at all levels. Calm under pressure, your strong organisation and time management skills allow you to be flexible and adaptable to change. You can be relied upon, and are happy working on your own initiative, whilst possessing a keen eye for detail; you are also passionate about customer service. Experience working in the foodservice industry would be beneficial, whilst having a UK driving licence with your own transport along with good numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
