Hybrid Plant Fitter
Salary: £47,000 – £70,000 OTE
Location: Hybrid (Field & Workshop-Based)
Hours: 07:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
Overtime: Paid at x1.5

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hybrid Plant Fitter to join our growing team. This is a varied role combining both field service and workshop-based responsibilities, working on a wide range of plant and powered access equipment.
You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing machinery to a high standard, ensuring minimal downtime for customers while maintaining excellent service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, and repair of plant and powered access equipment
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and breakdown response
- Carrying out inspections and preventative maintenance
- Completing job reports and documentation accurately
- Ensuring health & safety standards are always met
- Providing excellent customer service when on-site
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plant Fitter, Service Engineer, or similar role
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagnostic skills
- Experience working on brands such as SANY, JCB, Bobcat, and Genie (desirable)
- Experience with both Plant and Powered Access equipment (ideal)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
