Homes in Somerset is looking for a proactive and analytical Tenant Insight Officer to help strengthen the customer voice across our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving housing services by turning tenant feedback and data into meaningful insights and action.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will ensure that tenant experiences, engagement and feedback directly inform service delivery, policy development and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, analyse and interpret tenant feedback, performance data and engagement insights
- Identify key themes, trends and areas for service improvement
- Produce clear, evidence‑based reports and insight for managers and senior leaders
- Support tenant engagement, scrutiny and involvement activities
- Work collaboratively with teams to embed learning and drive service improvements
- Ensure outcomes from feedback are tracked, communicated and delivered
We’re looking for someone who is
- Analytical and confident working with data and customer insight
- A strong communicator, able to present information clearly to a range of audiences
- Passionate about customer experience and tenant engagement
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experienced in a housing, public sector or customer insight environment (desirable)
- Comfortable using systems such as Excel or CRM tools to produce reports
