KHR are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Use Salesforce to log interactions, update customer records, and track service requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Analyse customer issues to identify solutions and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.
- Assist customers with account management, transactions, and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on common issues or service gaps.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within financial services or related sectors.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify suitable solutions efficiently.
- Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
