We are looking for two enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join our friendly, inclusive federation. You will play a key role in supporting children to succeed, working closely with teachers, SEND staff and our wider team.

About the Role:
You will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, including for pupils with SEND including pupils with SEND and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Support pupils’ social, emotional and mental health (SEMH), including positive behaviour support
- Support learning across the classroom, adapting activities where needed
- Contribute to our inclusive approach, including work within ‘The Nest’
- Support pupils’ personal care and medical needs (training provided)
- Feedback to teachers on pupil progress and contribute to planning
- Support during lunchtimes, playtimes and educational visits
- Promote positive play and social development
- Work as part of a wider team, including communication with families and professionals

- Holds a Level 2 qualification (or above) in a relevant area
- Has experience supporting children, particularly those with SEND
- Is positive, flexible and committed to inclusive practice
- Builds strong, trusting relationships with children and colleagues
- Is keen to develop their skills and grow professionally
