Job Summary:
Maid Right Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support our growing portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across Liverpool and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on operational role involving site inspections, staff training, quality control, stock management and providing cleaning cover where required.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining service standards across multiple client sites and supporting our team of cleaning operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
- Train and support new and existing cleaning operatives
- Carry out staff inductions and on-site training
- Deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to client sites
- Liaise with clients and address service issues
- Complete inspection reports and operational checks
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Provide cleaning cover during sickness, holidays and staff shortages
- Assist management with the day-to-day operation of contracts
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Ability to travel between multiple client sites
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Reliable and professional approach
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Commercial cleaning experience required
Important Information:
This role guarantees 20 hours per week.
Due to the nature of commercial cleaning operations, working hours will vary according to business requirements. Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday and be willing to attend client sites, inspections, training sessions and cover shifts as required.
