We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Independent Mortgage Advisor with experience of whole of market mortgage and protection products to join our team. We are part of an Estate Agency therefore the leads are considered warm and plentiful.Duties
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, assessing their financial circumstances and recommending suitable products.
- Analyse clients’ financial information, including income, expenditure, and credit history, to determine eligibility and affordability.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications accurately and efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with current mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other industry professionals.
- Ensure all advice complies with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
- Manage your own schedule effectively to meet client needs and business targets.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and advice provided.
- We have a basic salary with a generous commission which is uncapped
Qualifications/Experience
- Proven 2 years experience within the financial services sector, particularly in mortgage advising. Ideally within the Estate Agency field.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in basic maths to accurately assess affordability and interest calculations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Organised with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all client documentation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
- Professional qualifications CeMAP. This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise can make a tangible difference.
Pay: £35,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyde (Greater Manchester, North West Region)
