I’m recruiting on behalf of a long‑established law firm with a strong presence in Rhyl. Their Litigation Department is expanding and now seeks a Civil Litigation Paralegal to join the team on a full‑time, permanent basis. This role offers excellent exposure to varied contentious work and the opportunity to develop within a supportive, well‑established department.
The firm is open to applications from experienced paralegals with a background in civil litigation. The successful candidate will assist with a mixed caseload and provide clear, effective support across a range of disputes.
Key Areas of Work:
- Civil and contractual disputes
- Property litigation
- Debt recovery
- Boundary and neighbour matters
- Landlord and tenant issues
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Legal research, case preparation and file management
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a paralegal within civil litigation
- Confident managing tasks independently and supporting fee‑earners
- Strong drafting, organisation and client care skills
- Ability to work proactively within a busy team
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
