We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Robot Weld Operators to join our clients team based at their site near to Alsager!
Our client is a large fabrication company that prides itself in being able to offer stable, long-term employment in the area. Having been successful year upon year they are now looking to expanding their Robot Weld team!
This role is being offered on a permanent basis, therefore meaning, you'll be employed directly by the client on a full time permanent contract.
Weekly pay + joining bonus!
What you'll be doing:
You'll be part of our clients Robot Weld team responsible for the set up and operation of computer-controlled machines/robots to perform welding tasks on steel products.
You'll need to measure dimensions of finished products to ensure conformance to customer specifications using measuring equipment, templates, and fixtures. Ensuring the correct computer program / settings are used.
Hours:
There are two shift patterns to pick from, earlies and lates.
Candidates will start on a day shift initially whilst in training.
Once training is completed, you can choose a fixed early or late or rotating early and late shift pattern.
Days:
Monday - Thursday 07:30hrs - 16:30hrs and Friday 07:30hrs - 12:30hrs.
Earlies:
Monday - Thursday 06:00hrs - 14:00hrs and Friday 06:00hrs to 12:00hrs.
Lates:
Monday to Thursday 14:00hrs - 22:00hrs and Friday 12:00hrs - 18:00hrs.
Rotating shift pattern:
Week one - Monday - Thursday 06:00hrs - 14:00hrs and Friday 06:00hrs to 12:00hrs.
Week two - Monday to Thursday 14:00hrs - 22:00hrs and Friday 12:00hrs - 18:00hrs.
Overtime is always on offer, paid at an enhanced rate.
Pay:
£35,000.00 - £45,000.00 per year depending on skills/experience and shift selected.
+ £2000 singing on Bonus.
WEEKLY PAY - PAID EVERY FRIDAY.
Skills/Experience required:
The ideal candidate will be someone with at least 2 years Robot Weld experience in a fabrication setting and has the ability to use basic hand tools.
