Maxflow Power Products, the UK and Ireland's largest engine-driven pressure washer and power product manufacturer! We are consistently expanding and are seeking a talented Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team in Cookstown.
Reporting to: Accounts Manager
Hours: 7:15am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday | 7:15am – 3:15pm Friday (Part-Time hours to be discussed.)

As an Accounts Administrator, you will:
- Processing Transactions: Liaising with suppliers and customers while ensuring accuracy across all sales and purchasing processes.
- Assisting Administration: Assist the purchasing and sales teams to process supplier orders and customer invoices when needed.
- Maintain Records: Ensuring all financial paperwork and digital records are accurate and up to date. Inputting invoices, matching delivery paperwork and highlighting any discrepancies with the purchasing department.
- Payroll Processes: Assist with payroll processes and provide cover when necessary.
- Assist with Requisitions: Support the Purchasing team in preparing purchase requisitions and liaise with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide Support: Aiding with Intrastat reporting and supplier statement reconciliation, setting up supplier accounts, and assisting with month end processes and any ad-hoc finance and administration tasks as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Administration Experience: Proven experience in a busy office environment role. Prior experience with Sage or similar accounting software.
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised: Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
