We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Breakfast Chef at Abbey house hotel – barrow in Furness with 59 bedrooms, this is a 24/7 property where you will never be bored!
Objective of the Role
Breakfast is usually the last meal our guests have when they stay with us, so we really want to leave a fantastic lasting impression.
As Breakfast Chef, you’ll become a member of our team who helps us create amazing experiences for our guests through delivering warm hospitality in every interaction.
You will be fully flexible workings 5 mornings per week
Our Chefs have a passion for hospitality, using their culinary skills to deliver an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
As Breakfast Chef you will be running the breakfast service ensuring that all food is delivered to a high standard and in a timely fashion, responsible for preparation of all breakfast items for the following day and provide general support to the kitchen team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service and assist with smooth control of the breakfast service
- Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
- Ensure a good working knowledge of Breakfast offering.
Requirements:
- Previous hotel experience is desired but not essential.
- Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
·Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
You will need to be an early bird as our restaurant opens as early as 6:00am.
