Job Summary
General Office Assistant required in firm of solicitors at our Bognor office.
The role will include
- One day a week working 8.45 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
- Reception cover including greeting clients on arrival and directing them to the appropriate fee earner/staff member
- Switchboard duties.
- Making appointments when required.
- Dealing with outgoing post
- General Office administration as required
- Assisting with typing as required.
- Photocopying as required.
- Keeping records up to date.
- Any other duties which are required from time to time including the possibility of working at our Littlehampton office if required.
- Covering holidays as required at Bognor and Littlehampton office 40+ days
