We are looking for a motivated and passionate Aesthetic Therapist / Skin Specialist to join our growing team, working across our Hackney and Woodford Green clinics.

The Role
You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional end-to-end patient journey — from consultation and education to treatment and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed skin consultations using Observe 530x skin analysis
- Create personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patients
- Deliver medical-grade aesthetic skin treatments (face & body), including:
- Microneedling & RF microneedling
- Chemical peels
- Laser treatments
- Facials / HydraFacial
- LED therapy
- New treatments introduced in clinic
- Recommend and upsell appropriate skincare and treatment courses
- Support patient follow-ups via phone and email
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, infection control and room preparation
- Support reception and administrative duties when required
- Assist with in-clinic promotions and events
- Contribute to patient education and social media content
- Cross-refer to doctors for injectable treatments where appropriate
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 4 in Beauty Therapy (including Anatomy & Physiology)
- Core of Knowledge (Laser) certificate
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an aesthetic or skin clinic
- Confident delivering a range of skin treatments (laser experience an advantage)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, well-presented and reliable
- Passionate about skincare and medical aesthetics
- Comfortable working towards targets and contributing to clinic growth
- Flexible to work across Hackney & Woodford Green
- Willing to work occasional Saturdays
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Confident using Microsoft Office and web-based systems
