We are looking for someone who is ready to dive into the world of life and pension policies, delivering top-notch service that puts our customer first. Working in our fast-paced Contact Centre, you will be handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls, aiming to resolve things first time and in the right way.
What we’re looking for...
- Previous Call Centre experience required
- Great communication skills and a natural ability to listen
- Strong communicators who can listen, simplify complex information, and stay calm under pressure
- Adaptable problem-solvers, with attention to detail and comfortable using multiple IT systems including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- A team player who is open to feedback and always looking to improve

What you will be doing...
- Handling calls to and from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans, confidently, making sure every customer feels heard and supported
- Respond to and resolve customer queries from different teams with empathy, maintaining high standards of service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company processes and regulatory requirements
- Spotting opportunities to improve how we do things and sharing your ideas
