Nursery Operations Manager - Build Something Exceptional
Most nursery manager roles involve maintaining what already exists.
This isn't one of them.
At our nursery, we're looking for an ambitious, experienced leader who wants to do more than simply manage a nursery. We're looking for someone who wants to shape one.
This is a rare opportunity to take a successful, growing nursery and help elevate it to the next level. You'll have the autonomy to influence culture, develop people, drive quality, build occupancy and create a setting that becomes known locally for exceptional childcare, outstanding experiences and a team that genuinely loves coming to work.
You'll be joining a leadership team that values fresh ideas, high standards and people who take ownership.
If you've ever wanted the opportunity to leave your mark on a nursery rather than simply inherit one, we'd love to hear from you.
Why This Role Is Different: Leave Your Legacy
This is your opportunity to shape the future of the nursery. From team culture and parent experience to quality standards and growth, your influence will be felt throughout the setting.
Lead Beyond The Classroom
Whilst children remain at the heart of everything we do, this role extends beyond traditional nursery management. You'll be involved in recruitment, occupancy, team development, quality assurance, compliance and strategic decision-making.
Build A Team You're Proud Of
Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing team that shares your passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families.
Have A Genuine Voice
Your ideas won't sit in a suggestion box. You'll work directly alongside the Directors, helping shape the future direction of the nursery and wider organisation.
Grow With Us
As we continue to expand, opportunities for progression into senior leadership and operational roles will naturally follow. We believe in developing leaders from within.

A Final Note
We're not looking for someone who wants to keep the seat warm.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
