ITSM Manager / Leader (create and implement the ITSM model) NHS role
6 months duration (possible extension)
Pay is £36.26/hr + pro rata 25 days per year paid holiday (worth £5.11/hr) + NHSP pays for your Employer's NI (worth ~ £6.85/hr) ==>£48.22/hr
Hybrid working: 50% on site, 50% working from home
Experience required
It is important that you have proven experience of building ITSM governance and associated processes, and selecting or implementing ITSM tools.
Also, ideally, you will also have above the basic ITIL Foundation qualification, or a recognised industry equivalent
Role
Design a new ITSM governance model and associated processes and put them in place
Create a requirements specification and lead the search for new ITSM tools
Assist the Service Desk manager and various service team leads to make incremental improvements that take the department in the direction of the desired ITSM model
