The job
We require an experienced, professional Food & Beverage Manager. You will oversee both the bar and front of house staff across four reception rooms. The Tabor Room, which is light and spacious with views of the surrounding deer park. The Pavilion, which features crystal chandeliers and a star light ceiling. The Drawing Room, a traditional decorated, large but intimate room and The Terrace Bar, a warm and intimate bar set in the heart of the house.
As F&B Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage service across a variety of weddings and events. You will lead, train, and motivate a large service team, ensuring flawless delivery and the highest standards of hospitality. You will recruit, train, schedule and supervise all FOH and Bar staff. Working closely with the Events Team to deliver seamless weddings and events. Overseeing stock levels, cellar management and Health & Safety
What you'll need
You will have proven experience in F&B management within weddings, hotels or high-volume events.
Strong leadership and communication skills, be passionate about service excellence.
Calm under pressure, be organised and confident.
It’s essential that you are flexible to work late evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Full driving licence and transport due to location

What you'll receive
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
Full time role working 40 hours per week to include weekends, evenings, peak periods, and Bank Holidays
