About Us
We are a busy and expanding vehicle rental company based in the West Midlands, providing a diverse fleet of vehicles to clients across both the public and private sectors. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all operational aspects of our vehicle rental service to be capable of managing a fleet of over 300 vehicles. This role is demanding and requires a candidate who understands the expectations of the position. Experience in a vehicle based role is desirable
* Manage and coordinate fleet availability, maintenance, servicing, and logistics
* Supervise operational staff and ensure performance targets are met
* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain high service standards
* Ensure all compliance, legal, and safety standards are met
* Review and improve operational processes to drive efficiency
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Understand the needs of the customer in a demanding marketplace
* Have excellent communication and literacy skills
* Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
* Be able to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment
* Have experience in a similar role within vehicle rental, fleet, or logistics operations
* Possess a full UK driving licence
