This is an apprenticeship role with great progression opportunities where you will train on the job to become a skilled nursery practitioner whilst gaining valuable experience in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Apprenticeship: Early Years Educator Level 3
Working hours- choice of 37 hours – 4 days per week
40 hours- 5 days per week
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £8 per hour
Package includes:
- Complete a fully funded qualification
- Spend at least 6 of your contracted working hours studying towards your apprenticeship
- Career progression into a room leader, nursery manager
- Up to 35 days holidays
- Up to 5 days full sick pay

Requirements:
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Have good knowledge about safeguarding and child protection
- Be a team player
- Have good communication skills
- Passion to deliver high quality care
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- To not already hold an early years qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria
