Join our dedicated retail team and help support hospice care in your community. We’re looking for a Shop Manager to provide vital cover across our network of charity shops in Anglesey, ensuring continuity and excellence in retail operations.
About the role
As a Shop Cover Manager for Anglesey, you’ll step in to lead individual shops during periods of absence, holiday cover, or increased demand. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing shop operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day running
- Leading and supporting the dedicated teams of volunteers
- Delivering excellent customer service and community engagement
- Maximising income to support hospice services
- Maintaining high standards in merchandising, stock control, and compliance
This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to travel across multiple locations. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
