Role Overview
We’re looking for warm, reliable female Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team in Llanelli. This role is perfect for caring individuals who want to make a real difference while working flexible, structured shifts — including every other weekend.
Shift Options
You’ll work one of the following shift patterns:
- 06.45am to 2.30pm
- 4:00pm – 10:15pm
- Includes working every other weekend
Pay Rates (Both include rolled‑up holiday pay)
- £15.07 per hour – weekdays
- £15.63 per hour – weekends
Travel & Mileage (Business Insurance Required)
- Travel time paid at £12.71 per hour
- Mileage paid at 40p per mile
Induction & Training (We offer a friendly and supportive 5‑day induction programme)
- Paid at £12.71 per hour
- Payment is released once you complete your first 100 working hours
DBS check – cost reimbursed once you work 50 hours
Refer a Friend Bonus (Know someone who’d be great too?)
- You’ll both receive £150
- Paid once you both complete 12 weeks with us
What You’ll Do
- Provide sensitive, respectful personal care for both male and female clients
- Support individuals with daily living tasks
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Follow personalised care plans and safeguarding procedures
- Work collaboratively as part of a caring, professional team
What We’re Looking For

- A valid driving licence and your own car
- Experience in care is welcome, but full training is provided
