We have an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities Department as an FM Supervisor Catering on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis. This role will be based across multiple campuses.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Level 3 Management qualification or willing to work towards.
- Catering level 2 NVQ or city and guilds or above.
- IOSH Managing Safely.
- Experience of managing a large and sometimes remote team.
- Experience of carrying out HACCP, COSHH, Risk Assessments and industry legal compliance audits / checks.
- Experience in carrying out task-based risk assessments.
- Experience in the preparation of all food provisions and adapt menus to meet seasonal changes.
- Ability to prioritise, plan and respond to operational demands effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident IT user, in particular MS Office.
- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching. Ability to train and develop. Ability to foster a culture of teamwork.
- Ability to influence change.
