Are you passionate about working outdoors? TMS are a well established grounds maintenance company looking to recruit an Operative to assist with all areas of grounds maintenance.
We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in outdoor environments, whatever the weather! The role of Operative will initially be offered on a 6 month fixed term contract, however, candidates showing drive, commitment and initiative may be offered extensions or a full time contract following a probationary period.
Responsibilities
Assist the Foreman or Team Leaders with all tasks to ensure the client sites are well kept and maintained to excellent standards, including (but not limited to);
- grass mowing (using both ride-on and push mowers),
- strimming,
- hedge cutting,
- pruning,
- leaf clearance,
- weeding,
- litter picking.
- fencing and other associated landscaping tasks
To drive the company’s vehicles in connection with your employment duties;
- full clean driving licence is required

- DBS check will be carried out
