Pulpo Negro is a Michelin Bib Gourmand tapas restaurant & cellar bar in the beautiful market town of Alresford, near Winchester. We serve modern Spanish-inspired tapas, exceptional cocktails, and an eclectic wine & sherry list.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help lead service, develop the team, maintain high standards, and ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for food, wine & hospitality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a busy service environment
