The Role:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities as a Field Sales / Business Development Executive
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to win new business
- Develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Manage and grow assigned accounts to maximise revenue
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Represent the business professionally in all client interactions
The Requirements:
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Strong new business development skills
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building ability
- Resilient, organised, and self-disciplined
- Ability to influence decision-makers and close sales
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required
