What you’ll do:
- Support daily operations ensuring smooth service and excellent customer experience
- Uphold and enforce our high standards for food, service, and cleanliness
- Lead, motivate, and support the team during shifts
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with stock control, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures — with the bonus of no late-night finishes, as the pub closes by 11pm.

- Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexible availability with a focus on evenings and weekends
