Working in a collaborative Agile environment, the Senior Java Developer will help shape technical direction, contribute to core product development, and support continuous improvement across engineering teams.
The Role
As a Senior Java Developer, you will:
- Develop new features and enhancements for enterprise software platforms
- Work within Agile Scrum teams delivering high-quality software
- Champion TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices
- Provide technical leadership and support engineering standards
- Mentor developers through coaching and regular 1-to-1 support
- Contribute to tooling, frameworks, and process improvements
- Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders
