We are actively recruiting experienced Groundworkers for an immediate start on a busy caravan park development project in Oxford (OX5). This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work with the potential to go permanent.
This role is ideal for reliable groundworkers with strong all-round experience in civils and site preparation who are looking for steady work and competitive pay.
Groundworker Duties:
- General groundworks on a caravan site development
- Road construction and preparation
- Concrete bases and slabs
- Drainage installation (pipes, trenches, manholes)
- Site preparation and finishing works
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Groundworker (essential)
- Strong experience in drainage, concrete works, and roads
- Valid CSCS card
- Own tools and full PPE
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to start immediately
Desirable (not essential):
- CPCS or NPORS (e.g. Dumper/Roller)
- Experience on similar civils or caravan park projects
