As part of the Trailblazer Scheme, you'll complete two six-month placements on Bellrock’s key client accounts during your first 12 months, gaining exposure to different sectors/clients or operating models. Alongside this hands-on experience, you’ll follow a structured training and development programme designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to lead your own account shortly thereafter.
At the end of the programme, you’ll move into a permanent role within Bellrock that aligns with your skills, performance, and career ambitions guaranteed.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 12 months, you’ll be expected to:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and deliver measurable service improvements
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of contract performance
- Take increasing ownership of account activities and decision-making
