Multi-Sports Coach
Superstars is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated multi-sports coach to help children develop a wide variety of sports skills in a fun and engaging environment.
Job Type:
- DBS Enhanced required.
- If you do not have a current valid DBS certificate, one can be arranged for you but please note a fee of £50 will be taken out of your wage. After 10 days of working for Superstars, you will be refunded this payment.
Job Role:
As a Multi-sports Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring children, helping them enhance skills in a variety of sports while ensuring a supportive and enjoyable experience. You will deliver structured sessions focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
You will coach a range of sports. Some include:
- Dodgeball
- Volleyball
- Hockey
- Lacrosse
- Handball
- Basketball
- Athletics
- Rugby
- Tennis
- Badminton
- Cricket
- Baseball
- Fencing
- Boxing
- Netball
- Bowling
- And many more
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, fun, and educational sport activities.
- Adapt coaching methods to suit children’s skill levels and learning styles.
- Motivate and encourage children to build confidence and improve their skills.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring children understand techniques and game strategies.
- Address challenges and provide solutions to help children progress in their development.
- Collaborate with other coaches to enhance the overall program offerings.
Job Requirements:
✔ Comfortable and competent working with children.
✔ Prior experience working with children is beneficial but not a requirement.
✔ Enthusiastic, patient, and willing to engage in hands-on activities.
✔ Ability to explain sports techniques clearly and effectively.
✔ A driving license is advantageous but not required.
Wages:
Wages will age dependent:
- 16-17 year olds: £70 per day
- 18-20 year olds: £95 per day
- 21+: £110 per day

Please note shifts will be 0745am-16:30pm, occasionally you may be required to stay till 18:00pm for late pick up. You will receive an additional £19 for late pick up shifts.
