Here at the Yeung Sing @ The Bingham Townhouse, we are looking for a Senior Waiting Staff to join our vibrant and attentive restaurant team. We've been a regional leading, family run Cantonese restaurant established for over 30 years having grown into a busy fine dining hidden gem located in the ever growing market town of Bingham
The Role &Responsibilities:
We are looking for a reliable floor leader to work a consistent pattern of 4 shifts a week.
- Floor Leadership: Confidently running the floor, greeting, seating, and guiding guests warmly from the beginning to the end of their dining experience.
- Customer Engagement: Delivering attentive, personable service and engaging easily with regular and new customers alike
- Operations: Taking accurate food and drink orders, processing payments, and handling transactions responsibly.
- Communication: Communicating effectively between the dining floor, the kitchen, and the bar teams to ensure a smooth, well-paced service.
- Standards: Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and welcoming atmosphere of the dining area.
Requirements:
- Positivity and a friendly demeanour
- Good communication skills with both colleagues and guests
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Availability most weekends and holidays
- Previous hospitality experience or transferable service skills is preferable
