Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their small finance team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role will be varied, and duties will include:
- Responsibility for purchase ledger processing
- Setting up payment runs for authorisation
- Expenses processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales ledger processing
- Handling and resolving customer queries
- Maintaining stock levels and ordering as appropriate
- Working closely with internal stakeholders
- Ad hoc duties
The successful candidate will be someone with previous experience working in accounts, ideally an all-round position and will have experience of Sage.
The ability to work as part of a small team is key to the success of this role.
