About Berrybrook House:
Berrybrook House is a warm and welcoming 4-bed care home providing high-quality support to adults aged 18–65 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex needs. The Role:
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team. You’ll play a key role in supporting residents with their daily lives, promoting independence, dignity, and choice
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and emotional support to residents
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meals, personal hygiene, and household tasks
- Support residents in social, recreational, and community activities
- Support the household throughout the night, checks on some residents as required.
- Record and report accurately on residents’ wellbeing and progress
- Maintain the cleanliness of the home
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure the highest standards of support
About You:
- Caring, patient, and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for helping others
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided

This job will be working on night shifts. 24 Hours per week with regular Thursday & Friday night shifts.
There will also be cover shifts available at times on both day shifts and night shifts.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
