Adams Estates are looking for a maintenance handyman to join our dynamic team, a new role has come available with our property management division and we are looking for a candidate who can help with our customers on a multitude of maintenance issues that arise on our management property portfolio.
The type of person would be very proactive in terms of being available to arrange works/repairs on a daily basis from tenants liaising with customers via email and visiting tenants to look at reported issues. General repair work experience would be a advantage. you will also be liaising with our team of contractors arranging more extensive works as and when required.
The ideal person should have DIY experience and be able to carry out maintenance jobs.
- Good verbal English.
- Good communication.
- Can work under pressure
- Plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, tiling, decorating, gardening etc. (any recognised qualifications are beneficial).
- Good time management and organisation.
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Be able to use your initiative.
- Clean Full UK Driving license.
- Basic health and safety knowledge.
The individual will be working alongside Property Managers and Senior Management.
experience in brickwork, plaster, paving an advantage.
We will provide a van to be used for the day.
Full Time, Immediate start

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
