Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team at Dundonald House Nursing Home. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Maintenance ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities, contributing to the comfort and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the Home is safe and well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
- Assist in the upkeep of the Home, with regular painting and decorating as required.
- Driving to collect/drop off prescriptions etc.
- Rolling alternate weekend on call
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
- Must have current UK driving licence.
- PVG Disclosure Scotland application
