The Position
- Managing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Leading and developing front-of-house teams
- Ensuring service standards remain consistently high
- Managing guest feedback and satisfaction
- Supporting food and beverage service across multiple outlets and events
- Driving team performance and engagement
The Person
- Restaurant management experience within a quality-led environment
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Wine knowledge with WSET Level 2 preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality
