We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. Duties
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation

- Develop and update menus in line with current trends and customer preferences
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste
- Train staff on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle customer feedback professionally, addressing any concerns promptly
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality environment
- Extensive food production and culinary expertise with a strong focus on quality control
- Demonstrated team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to organise multiple tasks efficiently
- Good understanding of serving procedures and customer service excellence
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
