Are you passionate about child-led learning, outdoor adventures, and making a real difference in little learners’ lives? Stamford Nursery and Preschool is looking for a Early Years Practitioner who’s ready to jump in, get hands-on, and inspire curious minds every day!
The ideal candidate is a dedicated and nurturing Early Years professional who holds a relevant and recognised Level 3 qualification and demonstrates a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). They have hands-on experience working with young children in an Early Years setting and excellent communication skills, enabling them to build positive relationships with both children and adults. The candidate values partnership working, engaging effectively with parents, carers, and families to support each child’s development and wellbeing.
In addition, the ideal candidate brings desirable qualities such as holding a Paediatric First Aid and basic food hygiene certificate, demonstrating digital literacy, and showcasing creativity in planning and delivering engaging learning experiences. In addition, a Forest School or outdoor learning qualification would be an advantage. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and collaborative approach make them a valuable addition to any Early Years team. At Stamford, every day is about curiosity, creativity, and adventure.
