You will be someone who is customer-focused in everything you do, loves seafood and wine, and is eager to learn and develop your skills. You should be intrinsically motivated and always striving to perform your role to the best of your ability.
We are a young and ambitious team and aim to be progressive in everything we do. You will be a strong team player and someone willing to expand your skill set across different areas. As a small team, everyone contributes to all aspects of service from taking reservations and managing seating plans, to delivering food, placing orders, and supporting stock deliveries. A genuine passion for hospitality should be at the core of your character. Experience in beverage-focused roles including bartending, barista service, wine service or sommelier training is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Taking reservations and assisting with seating arrangements
- Serving food and drinks efficiently and professionally
- Supporting with bar service and basic stock management
- Assisting with customer enquiries
- Processing orders and helping with deliveries
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
