Summer Restaurant Supervisor (Seasonal)
Location: Pizza Jockeys
Contract: Mid July – Mid August (with the opportunity to stay on permanently subject to business requirements)
Hours: Full Time – Including Evenings & Weekends
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience

We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team during our busiest season.
This is a temporary role from mid July to mid August, but for the right person there's a genuine opportunity to stay with us in a permanent supervisory or management position once the summer ends.

What you'll be doing
- Leading shifts and supporting the management team.
- Supervising front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
- Motivating and supporting the team during busy periods.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
- Ensuring excellent food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Helping train and coach new team members.
- Monitoring service standards and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Supporting stock control and daily restaurant operations.
We're looking for someone who
- Has previous experience supervising or leading a hospitality team.
- Is confident managing a fast-paced service.
- Leads by example with a positive attitude.
- Is organised, reliable and calm under pressure.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and peak trading days.
- Loves working as part of a close-knit team.
